Crowns and veneers by using CAD / CAM CEREC 3D technology

With CEREC system is no need to create pointless impressions and plaster models. Doctor scans situation in the mouth thanks to special intraoral camera Cerec Omnicam and create a 3D model of teeth on a computer. This system also detects the three-dimensional display of ground teeth, neighboring teeth and their antagonists. Doctor sees on computer models of future restaurant teeth or bridges. The image is enlarged twelve times, which allows to increase the precision of design. After finishing the scaning, the computer calculates the volume of reconstruction and sends the evaluated data to a grinding block.

The final stage of production is automated, high-speed cutter is milling around the inlay / onlay or ceramic crowns with a precision of a hundredth of a millimeter. After just ten minutes is the crown ready.
