Software installed on the scanner 3Shape, allows us to scan the prints, and on the virtual models predict the outcome. 3Shape Dental Scanner guarantees high productivity of our laboratory and customer satisfaction. With the help of virtual articulators 3Shape we create ideal occlusion and improve the design and also provide comfort and efficiency.

Technician can reproduce individual patient jaw movements, which were recorded earlier using the front arc. It is also possible to create and reproduce scenarios of jaw movement which automatically include protrusion, retrusion, lateral and lateral displacement. 2D image possibility of imposing allows us to fix the real face and smile of patient in the process of digital design and use them to create orthopedic constructions for optimal aesthetics and reflecting the most appropriate individual specifics of the patient.

With 3Shape CommunicateTM, we can accurately demonstrate to patients, how new reconstruction will change their smile. Using the program for a virtual preparation and virtual gums, techniques can produce virtual diagnostic wax molds to be previewed by the dentist and patients. Mirror design CAD or copying of anatomic form from scan. Virtual mirror copy of designed teeth allows immediate simultaneous modeling of appropriate teeth. It is aimed to reach ideal symmetry and aesthetic results.

Dental SystemTM program supports highly productive design of inlays, onlays and veneers. Inlays, onlays and veneers are important types of orthopedic constructions. We obtain aesthetic design and correct location of the veneers, working with a full smile.

Abbatment Designer gives a possibility to produce individual abbatments for most of implant systems. When standard abbatments are applied then frames of any length, created with 3D modeling and further milled from zirconium, titanium fit excellent.

Frames, obtained by the method of laser sintering are a new option in our laboratory. In the manufacture of non-metal restorations we focus on the diagnosis and preliminary modeling of the wax-up in order to achieve full mutual understanding between doctor and patient.

In the clinic BioDent we use only digital manufacturing of crowns because of the popularity of zirconium and ceramics. In such a way, our laboratory successfully uses CAD / CAM to produce complex types of restorations, among them: implantation frames, models, partial dentures. In the laboratory we also have oven Programat EP 5000/G2 Ivoclar Vivadent (Germany).
