Patient evaluation and planning of the treatment for dental implants

• Record on the CT (computed tomography) and information processing;
• development of an individual treatment plan, drawing on data obtained during the examination;
• discussion with the patient of all possible options, the valuation of the work.

Directly carrying out the operation:

Depending on the quality (density) of the bone and on the data, obtained during fixing the implants, is determined period of prosthetics:

• prosthetics on day 21 (permanent construction);
• prosthetics on the 7th (a temporary structure on a temporary or permanent implants);
• on the lower jaw permanent construction can be after 3 months;
• on the upper jaw permanent construction can be in 6 months.

With a deficit of bone performed bone grafting (increase amount of the existing bone):

• with simultaneous installation of implants;
• with delayed installation of an implants (upper jaw - 6 months, the lower jaw - 3 months).

About necessity of the bone grafting patient is informed when discussing the treatment plan (item 3).
